We are looking for a highly passionate and competent professional, to cover the position of Manager Accounting.

Reporting to and working together with the Finance Director, you will be responsible for the management of general ledgers for entities in the Monaco office.

Your main responsibilities as a Manager Accounting will involve:
- Manage the general ledgers of: Del Monte International - Europe Fresh, Del Monte International - NA Fresh, Del Monte International - MENA, Fresh Del Monte Holland Italy
- Manage supplier payments for the above entities
- Monthly Planful submissions of the above entities, including SUMO reports, ARA's, quarterly reports
- Manage and review the monthly balance sheet analyses for the above entities
- Participation in month end variance analysis for the above entities
- Ad hoc reporting such as quarterly cost reduction reports, drilldowns, monthly FX reports, BBE and any other analysis requested by Regional / Corporate Management
- Continuously identify and implement improvements in processes and procedures for the above-mentioned entities, including liaising with various IT resources, in order to streamline workload and generate efficiencies
- Ensure correct set up in Linkfresh (location codes / VAT codes / mapping LF to Planful / PMS etc)
- Manage interim and annual external audits
- Responsible for managing the Fresh accounting team
- Ensure members of the accounting team are aware of their responsibilities for SOX, and are fully compliant with all of the controls currently in place across the in-scope companies

- Understanding of good systems of internal control
- Excellent team working and team developing ability
- IT literate
- Excellent excel skills
- Good knowledge of US and UK Gaap / IFRS standards
- Organised and methodical
- Fluent in English and Spanish is an advantage

Qualifications:

Your skills and qualifications as Manager Accounting will ideally include:
- Bachelor degree in accounting, finance or equivalent
- 5 to 10 years accounting experience, preferably within a international company
- IT literate
- Excellent excel skills
- Good knowledge of US GAP/ IFRS standards
- Organised and methodical
- Fluent in English (oral and written), Spanish is an advantage
